Serenity in the City - Bucharest, Romania
Located in the heart of the city, this apartment is primarily intended for rental purposes. It features a cosy and compact layout, flooded with ample natural light.
The central aim of the design was to cultivate an environment that is both inviting and tranquil. This atmosphere of serenity is achieved through the use of natural materials, warm grey tones, and varied textures—such as ceramic accents in the kitchen, wallpaper, furnishings, drapery, carpeting, and wooden embellishments.
The living space seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area in the form of an island, a compact fold-down desk, and the lounge area. The island serves a dual function, encouraging interaction while maintaining spatial fluidity.
The bedroom tells the story of an expedition into nature. It features a bespoke monochromatic wallpaper depicting a lush jungle, evoking a sense of wanderlust while preserving an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
Upon acquisition, the apartment was already furnished with completed flooring, doors, and electrical fixtures. Only minor adjustments were made to the electrical system.
