The wall separating the kitchen from the living area was removed, giving rise to the island—a central hub that seamlessly links the two spaces. This configuration enables individuals to engage in immediate interaction between food preparation in the kitchen and activities in the living room.

In the open kitchen area, the emphasis was placed on the terracotta color, evoking a place associated with all the senses, especially smell and taste, but also further to the color of fire and the warmth that it brings. The central island, serving as the "heart" of the kitchen, embraces the terracotta shade, complemented by a textured fluted warm gray panel, alongside a wooden texture.

The sofa was strategically positioned in the central area of the living room, ensuring a panoramic view of the entire space. To create a natural ambiance in the relaxation zone, textured decorative plaster was chosen for the walls. Within the expanded living space, there's a designated office area. Here, a white color scheme is employed to enhance concentration.

In crafting the bedroom's design, the emphasis remained on incorporating natural elements. This included a bed showcasing an exposed wooden frame, complemented by a calming, neutral hue on the wall that evokes the essence of nature. As the morning light fills the bedroom, it brings a feeling of vitality and energy.

This apartment has undergone renovation with a distinct aim of being offered for rent. The client remained deeply engaged throughout the project, particularly in the artistic realm, taking a hands-on approach in crafting the paintings themselves.
